Take Control of Your Habits And Live Healthy And Longer

We have to open our eyes and Notice our lifestyles. Three top things comes to mind: 1. What kind food do we eat. 2. Do we do enough physical exercise. 3. What kind of thoughts we keep.

1. To keep our health we need to supply our bodies, with natural fresh food rich in essential nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and proteins. We should avoid canned and highly processed foods that have lost the essential nutrients. Prefer to eat daily, a large serving of salad containing not only lettuce and tomatoes, but spinach, grated carrot, radishes and others.
For proteins, prefer fresh fish and chicken over beef that is contaminated with hormones, etc.

2 We should have a plan to do physical exercise daily, to maintain or increase if necessary the muscular system essential for our mobility. To breath deeply the fresh air so we can enrich our blood with essential oxygen to purify our blood of toxins and waste products.

3. Extremely important are the thoughts we keep. We should think positive and we should try to be a useful person to ourselves and to our society. Try to avoid negative thoughts such as: hate, envy, anger, revenge, those thoughts attract more negativity into your life. The Bible tell us to “Love thy neighbor as yourself”

Unfortunately, most presently life styles lead to some form of chronic disease as we age. Diseases such as heart disease, cancer and diabetes. Currently one third of the death are due to heart disease, 40% of death is due to cancer, and 10% is due to diabetes.
So, if you do not want to add to the list, change your habits for better health. Le’ts do it!!!
